Malik remembers Qazi Nisar on his anniversary

Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik Monday paid tributes to Mirwaiz South Kashmir, Dr Moulana Qazi Nisar on his anniversary.

Malik who was arrested on Jun 16 was released from Srinagar’s central jail on bail.

Terming Mirwaiz  Qazi Nisar as ‘a great scholar, religious, political and social leader’, JKLF chairman said that “his struggle and sacrifices cannot be overlooked by any one and today we all express our gratitude and love to his noble soul.”

“Personalities like Mirwaiz Qazi Nisar are actually symbols’ of resistance and today when we remember this great soul we recall his sacrifices, valor and passion to fight for freedom and stand against fascism and oppression,” he said.

While praying for the heavenly abode of the late leader, JKLF chairman reiterated his pledge to take the mission of these martyrs to its desired goal.

Meanwhile, JKLF has paid rich tributes to martyrs including Junaid Matto, Nasir Wani, Adil Mushtaq and Ashan Mushtaq.

A JKLF delegation led by Zonal president Noor Muhammad Kalwal and comprising of senior leaders Muhammad Yasin Bhat, Muhammad Sidiq Shah, Zahoor Ahmad Butt and Nadeem Dar and others visited Pampore today and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family of martyr Adil Ahamd.

Speaking on the occasion, senior JKLF leaders said that “these martyrs are our real heroes because they are laying down their lives for the betterment of our tomorrow.”

Nation is indebted to these great martyrs and today when we pay homage to these martyrs we pledge to take forwards their sacred mission to its desired goal,” speakers said.

While praying for the heavenly abode of these martyrs speakers prayed for the patience of their bereaved families.
