Gunshots heard in Bijbihara town after militants attack Army patrol party
Gun shots were heard in Bijbihara town in Anantnag district today when suspected militants opened fire on an army convoy on Srinagar-Jammu highway in Bijbehara area of Anantnag district of south Kashmir.
Sources said that the suspected militants after firing some shots at the convoy ,fled from the spot.
After couple of shots were heard, the forces responded with hundreds of rounds for around twenty minutes, triggering panic in the area.
