Two killed, four injured in road accidents in South Kashmir

Two people were killed and two injured when an oil tanker hit a truck at Halmula area of Sangam in Anantanag today.

The Tanker bearing registration number JK02AG- 7180 hit the truck bearing registration number HP 62B 8409 parked on the highway.
According to the eyewitness, two people were killed on the spot. Meanwhile, the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.
Both the deceased are said to be residents of Rajouri District.

Meanwhile, four people were injured in another road accident near Awantipora, sources said.

Four people sustained injuries in a road accident on the Tral-Awantipora Road near Army Camp Kanjinag Bahu when a tipper skidded off the road, injuring four persons on spot.
