Two die in road mishaps in Kashmir valley
Two including a minor boy died in two separate road accidents in Kupwara and Budgam, police said.
According to a police statement, a Nano car bearing registration number HP32B-2176 hit and injured a pedestrian identified as Taja Begum wife of Abdul Gani Sheikh a resident of Dardpora, Kralpora at Dardpora in District Kupwara. The Injured was shifted to Srinagar Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. Kupwara police have registered a case and investigation has been taken up.
Meanwhile, a Tipper bearing registration number JK04A-9937 hit a 10 years old boy identified as Yawar Yaseen son of Mohammad Yaseen Raina a resident of Buzgoo Chadoora in Budgam District, resulting in his on spot death. Budgam police have registered a case in this regard.
