JK Students shines in Aryans Convocation

Governor Tripura, Tathagata Roy today visited Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh on its 11th Foundation Day. Aryans honoured 11 NGOs, 11 startups, 11 Past & present employees, 11 top students on the occasion.

Dr. Mohan Paul Singh Isher, Vice Chancellor, MRS-PTU, Bathinda, ; S. Sukhchain Singh Gill, DIG, Punjab Police, Patiala and Dr. Kulbir Singh Dhillon, Dean, College Development Council, Punjabi University, Patiala were the Guests of Honour while Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group presided over the function. The function commenced with the lamp lighting ceremony by the Guests.

On the occasion 7th Convocation of Aryans Group was also organized in which degrees to the students of B.Tech (2011-2015, 2012-16), BBA (2013-16), BCA (2013-16), MBA (2014-16), BA (2013-16), B.Ed (2014-15) etc were awarded.

Tathagata Roy while addressing the audience congratulated the students, staff and Management of Aryans on 11th Foundation Day. He emphasized on Moral values & teachings of all religions as the foundation stone in building the base of the students, society, community and the Nation. Roy further appealed the youth to respect & give equal importance to the women.

Dr. Mohan Paul Singh Ishar while congratulating the pass outs motivated them to remain inquisitive throughout their lives, saying this would ensure constant growth of their knowledge. He requested the students to follow the path of truth in whichever endeavour they undertake.

Dr. Kulbir Singh Dhillon while speaking on the occasion said that out of 265 institutions under the jurisdiction of Punjabi University, Aryans is one of the top institution having Law, Education, Agriculture courses affiliated to Punjabi University. “Apart from academics students are excelling in cultural, sports and innovations activities also.

Dr. Anshu Kataria while speaking said that it’s a proud moment for Aryans to celebrate the birthday of Rajni Kataria (Co-founder) Aryans Group as the Foundation Day every year. He further said Aryans is thankful to all its stakeholders, professionals, team members who have supported us in past years. Kataria added that Aryans has constantly added value by incorporating the best technical practices and philosophies to bridge the gap between education through books and the practical realities so that the students are fully equipped to deliver their best.

It is to be mentioned that Aryans was started with one MBA campus in the year 2007 with once acre land and 100 students and presently the Group has 21 acre lush green campus and running 7 different colleges i.e Aryans College of Engineering, Aryans College of Law, Aryans Business Colleges, Aryans Institute of Management & Technology, Aryans Degree College, Aryans College of Education, Aryans Institute of Nursing.

Jaswinder Singh, SP, Rajpura; Krishan Kumar Painthey, DSP, Patiala; S. Kulwinder Singh, SHO, Shambu; SDM, Rajpura, Sanjeev Kumar; Tehsildar, Rajpura, Harsimran Singh; Prof. Roshan lal Kataria, Founder, Aryans; Dr. Parveen Kataria, Director General, Aryans; Dr. Raman Rani Gupta, Director; Ms Sukhaman Bath, Registrar etc were also present on the occasion.
