Brother allegedly kills brother over land dispute in Tral
A man was stabbed to death by his brother at Chewa Ullar village in Tral on Thursday morning over a land dispute, locals said.
The victim was identified as Mohd Aziz Reshi , S/O Mohammad Sultan Reshi , 55, a resident of Chewa Ullar village of Tral subdivision in South Kashmir.
Police said that deceased Mohd Aziz Reshi and his brother Gh Hassan Reshi , were fighting over a piece of land and suddenly one brother died during scuffle.
However, family sources said that Gh Hassan and his son stabbed deceased Mohd Aziz indiscriminately, leaving him dead on the spot.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Sub District Hospital Tral for postmortem.
Police, meanwhile, have taken the cognizance of this matter and started the further investigation.
