Ministers congratulate JK’s Civil Services qualifiers
Minister for Social Welfare, Science & Technology, ARI and Trainings Sajad Gani Lone and Minister for Rural Development Abdul Haq congratulated the candidates of J&K state who cleared the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams.
In a felicitation message, the ministers expressed pleasure over the success of a fairly good number of candidates from the state in the prestigious Civil Service examination (2016). The Ministers also extended heartiest congratulations to Dr Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat from Handwara who is among the top 10 qualifiers in the country.
Stating that it is matter of pride and honour for district Kupwara that the young aspirant has ranked among top 10, Ministers said his success will definitely encourage and inspire other youths of the state to work hard and aspire for success in various competitive exams at the state and national level.
Meanwhile, Minister for Revenue, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, Abdul Rehman Veeri, today extended felicitations to candidates from the State who qualified prestigious Civil Services Examinations (IAS-2016).
In a congratulatory message, Veeri while expressing pleasure over the success of the candidates particularly Suhail Qasim Mir, said that it is good to know to that youth of Kashmir are excelling at the national level. He wished Mir and other qualifiers a successful career ahead.
Pertinently, Suhail Qasim Mir, a resident of Sirhama Bijbehara has qualified the UPSC exam with 125th rank. Mir did his basic schooling in Bijbehara and later completed his graduation from Government Degree College Bemina, Srinagar.
Minister of Education, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari also felicitated the candidates from Jammu and Kashmir who qualified the Civil Service Exams (2016).
“It is a matter of great honour to see the youngsters excelling in different competitive exams. Despite many adversities, the talented youth of J and K has proved their mettle time and again,” Bukhari said.
He congratulated all the IAS qualifiers and said that they will inspire the youngsters in the state to follow the same path. Bukhari said that the younger generation should take queue from these qualifiers and should work hard and prove their capabilities.
While praising the intellectual acumen of the students of Kashmir, Bukhari said, “If the students of Kashmir are guided in right direction, they will excel in any competitive exam conducted anywhere in the world.”
