Man attempts suicide in Anantnag

In a bid to end his life, a man consumed some poisonous substance at his home in Anantnag, police said in a statement.

A man (name withheld) resident of Achabal, Anantnag consumed some poisonous substance at his home. He was shifted to hospital for treatment where from he was shifted to SMHS Hospital, Srinagar for further treatment. Anantnag police have registered a case in this regard.
