Mass outreach Programme for speedy service delivery launched

On the initiative of District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, the district administration has notified the schedule of 112 Public Service Delivery camps and grievance redressal camps to be organized across the district during June 2017.

These camps are aimed at providing services like Permanent Resident Certificate (State Subject), Caste Certificate (ST/SC/OSC/OBC), Income Certificate, and Revenue extracts like copy of Girdawri, Jamabandi, Misle Haquiyat and also attestation of mutation on spot. Administration aims to clear pendency of more than 10000 important certificates during the month.

Assistant Commissioner Revenue Paramjeet Singh will hold camps on 07 June at Panchayat Ghar, Sasalkote, 14 June at Niabat Haq, Ghambir Mughlan, 21 June at Panchayat Ghar, Potha and 28 June at Panchayat Ghar, Ghambir Brahmna.

SDM Koteranka Gopal Singh along with Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars will hold camps on07 June at Peeri, 14 June at Samote, 20 June at Jamola and 27 June at Mandirgala.  SDM Thanamandi M A Mirza on 03 June at Mangota , 08 June at Rajdhani, 15 June at Saim Samat and 29 June at Kote.

SDM Kalakote Khalid Hussain along with Tehsildars will hold camps on 08 June at  PWD Dakbungalow Tatapani, 17 June at  Dakbungalow Moghla and 29 Dakbungalow Solki.

SDM Sunderbani Kartar Singh will hold camps on 07 June at Bandrai @ Pyt Ghar Thangriot, on 14 June at Nah @ Sufa, on 18 June at Kangri Pyt Ghar and on 28 June at Hathal GHS.  SDM Nowshera Harbans Lal will hold camps on 07 June at Pyt Ghar Lam, on 14 June at Pyt Ghar Laroka, on 21 June  at Pyt Ghar Seri  and 28 June  at Pyt Ghar Gania.

 

Similarly camps will be held by Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars at their own apart from assisting the SDMs. Issues related to land disputes, land compensation, right of way and miscellaneous matters will also be resolved during the camps.

Block Development Officer and other block level officers of various departments will also join the camps for larger public grievance redressal and resolving inter-departmental coordination at ground level. Dy Commissioner and Addl Deputy Commissioner are also scheduled to attend 4 camps each during the month.

DC Rajouri Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary has issued a notification to this effect which has also called for greater public participation for maximum services and also redressal of grievances.
