NIA quizzes 3 Kashmiri separatists in Delhi

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) today summoned three separatist leaders accused of receiving money from Pakistan to fuel unrest in the Valley, reports said.

According to the reports, Farooq Ahmad Dar alias ‘Bitta Karate’, Nayeem Khan and Javed Ahmed Baba alias ‘Gazi’ of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat have arrived in Delhi for questioning by NIA investigators.

The trio were asked to bring certain bank and property documents, before the NIA team that had earlier questioned them.

The NIA is verifying contents of a sting operation carried out by a TV channel in which the separatists were seen talking about receiving money from Pakistan for funding violent activities including torching of schools and stone pelting.
