Sir Syed Education Mission organises symposium in Pulwama

Sir Syed Education Mission conducted symposium on Sir Syed Ahmed Khan and his contribution to education at Career Care Higher Secondary School Newa Pulwama in South Kashmir.

G H Wani, Chairman Soch Kral Memorial Pulwama was the chief Guest of the function.  Manzoor Ahmed (ZEO), Nazir Ahmed (ZEPO) and Tanveer Khanam (Headmistress), were the guest of honour among many other prominent personalities.

Sarfraz Mir chairman SSEM delivered the welcome speech in which he insisted the students to focus on modern education.

A quiz  ‘Infinite Light Contest 2017 on General Studies’ , was organized in which the winners were awarded.A total of 12 students from different schools of district  Pulwama participated in the symposium.  Iqra Rasool of Career Care Secondary School got first position while  Insha Nazir Farooq of Azam High School  and Faheem Muzfar of UPS Parigam got 2nd and 3rd position respectively.

Manzoor Ahmed ZEO Kakapora, NAZIR Ahmed ZEPO Kakapora and Tanveer Khanam appreciated the work done by Sir Syed Education Mission and encouraged the students to participate in such programs.

At the end of the symposium, Chief Guest of the function G. H. Wani (Talib)  spoke on the occasion and enlightened  the audience with his insightful lecture.
