90 militants active in north Kashmir: IGP Kashmir
Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kashmir Munir Khan on Tuesday said that about 90 militants including foreigners are presently active in north Kashmir.
Khan was addressing civil society members and senior citizens of the town at Police Station Tarzoo.
He said that we are ready to tackle every infiltration bid that will be attempted in near future and army is doing their job.
He said that people’s cooperation is imperative for successful policing.
On the occasion, IGP Kashmir said that continuous initiatives are taken to bring all round improvement in the functioning of State Police to serve the people better.
