7C’s Café n Fine Dine has been hosting Biryani and Kebab festival season 3 from May 16 to 22 May 2017. But it has been said that the food will be only served till the festival ends.

“The Kebabs and Biryani lovers don’t need to go out now. We are serving Purani Delhi (Old Delhi) Kebabs and Biryani, the best delicious food loved by the Kashmiris,” said Bashir Ahmad Shah, Manager of 7C’s Café n Fine Dine.

“To cook the Kebabs and Biryani, the way it is cooked in Purani Delhi, we had called Master Chef Javaid of Jamia Masjid, Old Delhi and his team,” Shah said adding Javaid is a well know chef of Delhi and has been serving delightful food in Delhi’s many five star hotels.

“Yet, we have planned to serve this food till the last day of the festival. But if we got a good response from the customers we may continue to serve it,” he said.

The organizers of the festival told Kashmir Vision that they are serving different types of Biryanis and Kababs to its customers.

“The menu for the food festival comprises of Hyderabadi, Dampukht and Lucknavi Biryani while in kebabs we serve Mutton Kakori Kebab, Mutton Galoti Kebab, and Mutton Seekh Kebab Delhi Style besides Chicken Korma,” said an organizer.

He said that besides from mouth-watering food, the food is inexpensive as well.

“We serve Lahore Ki Biryani whose cost according to the menu list is Rs 525 but customers don’t know that it has so huge quantity that it can be consumed by at least three people,” the organizer said.

A customer Gowhar Bhat who has come from Pampore area in outskirts of the city told Kashmir Vision that he loved the quality of the food.

“I took the Chicken Kurma, but its delicious taste makes me to remember the same food served in Purani Delhi,” Gowhar said adding that he has been joining this festival with his family for the third time.

Sheikh Feroz Ahmed, CEO of Akhudam Group said that they had been getting a lot of demands from guests to organize various food festivals like this.

“So, once again we had to organize this kebab and biryani festival,” Ahmed said adding the feedback we are receiving is great and we hope to host a Ramadan Special festival next month.
