CUK’s DSW holds test for shortlisting of candidates

Department of Students Welfare (DSW), Central University of Kashmir (CUK) today conducted an examination to shortlist the aspirants for scholarship based coaching for preparing for the civil services examination.

Eight six students from different departments of the university appeared in the examination, through Ignited Minds, a training institute for civil services training.

The three toppers will be provided free coaching and the next ten would be provided 50 per cent scholarship in the tuition fee by the coaching academy, Ignited Minds. Others who qualify would be provided 30 per cent scholarship in tuition fee by the aforementioned academy.

Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mehraj ud Din Mir, paid a visit to the examination centre and appreciated the DSW for conducting the examination and facilitating the students for preparing for the civil services test.
