Justice Magrey inspects Baramulla courts

Administrative Judge for District Baramulla, Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, today conducted inspection of various courts of the district and reviewed their overall functioning. 

         During the inspection, Justice Magrey held a meeting with Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Engineers of PWD and other concerned officers. He impressed upon the concerned to further augment the existing judiciary infrastructure and desired timely completion of all the ongoing works at the courts.

          Later, at court complex Baramulla he was briefed about the working of the district court. On the occasion, he interacted with members of Baramulla Bar Association as well as judicial Officers of the district.

          He directed the judicial officers to deliver quality judicial service to the litigants and dispose-off the matters expeditiously and come-up to the expectations of the general public.

          Highlighting the importance of honesty, punctuality, dedication, commitment and impartiality, the Administrative Judge said that these are hallmark of an ideal judicial system which everyone associated with dispensation of justice should adhere.

          He also visited old court complex Boniyar where he monitored the ongoing court proceedings of sub-judice matters and court records. He also inspected new court complex Boniyar where he took stock of the ongoing works and issued directions to PWD officials for expediting completion of the court complex, so that it can be made functional at an earliest.
