Car hijacked by militants recovered
Police on Tuesday late evening recovered a car which was hijacked by militants at Pulwama district of south Kashmir.
Police had said one Muhammad Rafiq Dar of Samboora Pampore approached Pulwama Police station and informed cops about hijacking of his Alto vehicle by five gunmen at Gudoora Pulwama.
Subsequently, police registered a case and sounded an alert. Massive searches were launched by security agencies to recover the car amidst high alert in whole of south Kashmir.
According to top sources, police and SOG recovered the car from Naman village of Kakapora this late evening.The car was seized by police and further investigation is going on.
