11 people injured in road mishaps

At least 11 people were injured in three separate road accidents in Budgam, and Baramulla, a police spokesman said.

He said that in Budgam, a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK01M-2563 skidded off the road at Alamdar Colony, Charari-Sharief near municipality Office, Charari-Sharief, resulting in injuries to its rider identified as Shamim Ahmad Mir son of Ghulam Rasool Mir a resident of Talab Khan, Charari-Sharief, Budgam. The injured was shifted to the hospital for treatment. Budgam police has registered a case in this regard.

In Baramulla, a Tata 407 passenger vehicle bearing registration number JK05D-1718 turned turtle near Jabla, Uri, resulting in injuries to 10 passengers boarding the vehicle. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Baramulla police has registered a case in this regard.
