Students clash with forces in Pulwama

Students of Government Higher Secondary school Newa in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday clashed with police to protest against the student arrests.

Witnesses said that the students were joined by local youth after they marched out of the school campus.

 Sources said that the students were protesting against the arrest of students across valley last month.

The forces deployed in the area used tear gas shells after the protesters hurled stones at their vehicles.
