MLA inaugurates fire station in Muji Gund
Member Legislative Assembly from Batamaloo Constituency, Noor Muhammad Sheikh, today inaugurated a fire service station in Mujigund to help ensure effective fire control and management in the area.
The legislator said that the opening of the fire station was the long pending demand of the people of the area, as there was dire need of having this facility at the rural area of the constituency.
He said the facility, which is equipped with a fire tender, will augment the fire fighting mechanism in the constituency.
Officials of the Department of Fire & Emergency Services, other concerned and a good number of locals were present at the inauguration ceremony.
