PDP District president attacked by suspected militants, succumbs
District president of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Pulwama, Abdul Gani Dar succembed to his injuries at SMHS hospital here in Srinagar today. Dar was critically injured when militants opened fire on him in Pinglin area of South Kahmir.
According to the reports Gani was travelling towards Srinagar, when the suspected militants attacked his car, he was travelling in, with gun shots.
Dar, a resident of Rahoomo was rushed to nearby hospital where doctors referred him to Srinagar hospital with a bullet injuries in his chest.
