03 structures damaged in fire across valley
Three structures including a government school were damaged in separate fire incidents in the valley.
According to the police statements, fire broke out in the residential house of Abdul Rehman Hajam of Matipora, Pattan resulting in damage to the structure.
However, fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders.
In another incident, fire broke out in the residential house of Javeed Ahmad Sheikh Alamdar Colony, Zewan, resulting in damage to the structure.
Meanwhile, fire broke out in Government Middle School, Chaakthan, Chanpora Tangmarg, resulting in damage to the school.
However, no loss of life or injury was reported in these incidents.
