Principal Degree College Pulwama attached to shield security agencies says Er. Rasheed
Hitting hard out at the government for removing and attaching Principal Degree College Pulwama for supporting with the truth, MLA Langate Er. Rasheed has said that every notorious and repressive measure of the government is falling flat miserably.
According to the statement issued today, Rasheed was interacting with various student unions in Srinagar today.
Er. Rasheed demanded action against police administration Banihal for their brutalities against students.
“It is highly condemnable that rather taking goons of police and other security agencies to task in Pulwama, the government has yet again disgraced an upright and honest Kashmiri officer. Every incident proves that nothing is in hands of so-called civilian government and even the minor decisions are being taken keeping in view the interests of security agencies”, He said in the statement.
Er. Rasheed also criticized the Banihal police administration over the violence on students yesterday.
“Whatsoever happened in Banihal leads to the fact that people of the state cutting across sectarian and regional divides want the resolution of Kashmir dispute”, He said.
“Use of force against students in Banihal is unacceptable and if the government has any seriousness towards its duties it must take stern action against the police administration in Banihal, which is directly under the control of Sang Parivar”. He added
Er. Rasheed also criticised the government for suspending Internet services.
“Not only that state doesn’t feel any shame by these regular media gags but the state DGP had himself assured that there will be no curbs on Internet services”. He said.
