CEO Ganderbal Organizes Zonal Level Capacity Building Training Programme

Ganderbal: The Chief Education Officer (CEO) of Ganderbal, organized a Zonal Level Capacity Building Training Programme aimed at enhancing the skills of teachers in identifying Children with Special Needs (CWSN). This vital initiative took place at two prominent locations: BHSS Ganderbal and BHSS Lar in Tullumulla.

The training programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from educators across the zone, who were keen to gain deeper insights and practical knowledge on the methodologies and best practices for recognizing and supporting CWSN.

The sessions were designed to empower teachers with the necessary tools and techniques to effectively identify and cater to the unique needs of these children, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

The Principals, ZEOs, RPs emphasized the importance of such capacity-building programmes in fostering an inclusive educational ecosystem. By equipping teachers with the skills to identify and support CWSN, the initiative aims to ensure that all children receive the attention and assistance they need to thrive academically and socially.
