Arrangements for Panchayat Secretary Exams finalised at Sopore
BARAMULLA: A meeting to finalise the arrangements for upcoming Panchayat Secretary Examinations being conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) was Thursday convened at Dak Banglow Sopore.
The meeting, presided over by Additional Deputy Commissioner Sopore, S.A. Raina who serves as the Nodal Officer for District Baramulla, along with Additional Secretary of JKSSB, Pirzada Zahoor played a pivotal role in providing important instructions to the appointed Superintendents.
During the meeting, Addl Secretary JKSSB conveyed vital instructions, acquainting the Superintendents with the prescribed procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.Ps) to be strictly adhered to during the examinations scheduled for December 10, 2023. Emphasis was laid on maintaining appropriate seating arrangements, imposing a ban on the use of electronic gadgets, and ensuring candidates possess their Admit Cards and ID proofs.
Nodal Officer for District Baramulla, S.A. Raina urged the Superintendents to communicate effectively with the administration, highlighting any essential requirements for examination centers to facilitate the smooth and efficient conduct of the exams.
This collaborative effort aims to uphold the integrity and transparency of the Panchayat Secretary Examinations, ensuring a fair and secure environment for all candidates.
