Illegal extraction of minerals: Police seizes two vehicles in Handwara
Srinagar: Acting tough against illegal extraction and transportation of minerals, police seized two vehicles in Handwara area of north Kashmir, a police spokesman said Friday.
He said that a special team of police seized two vehicles (01 Tipper and 01 Tractor) following specific input about illegal extraction and transportation of minerals at Vadipora Handwara.
Accordingly, a case under relevant sections of law has been registered and investigation has been initiated, he said.
