Justice Sindhu Sharma inspects District Court complex Budgam
Srinagar: Justice Sindhu Sharma, Judge High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh (Administrative Judge for District Budgam) inspected District Court complex Budgam, a statement issued by an official spokesman said. He said that Justice Sindhu was accompanied by Registrar General, Shahzad Azeem.
Justice Sindhu was received by Principal District & Sessions Judge, Budgam Khalil Ahmed Choudhary.
Later she interacted with the judicial officers posted at District head quarter, Budgam and gave patient hearing to all Judicial officers viz-a-viz infrastructure and other issues faced by them in their respective courts.
Justice Sindhu directed all the judicial officers for early disposal of cases both civil and criminal.
She instructed the judicial officers that old cases pending for more than 10 years shall be listed twice a month and under trial cases be listed twice in a month.
She ensured that steps will be taken to redress all the grievances at large. The visiting Justice also assured that all the courts within District Budgam shall be at par with the best courts of the UT based on National Module.
