AHD organises mega KCC Awareness camp at Bandipora
BANDIPORA: The department of Animal Husbandry on Saturday organised a mega KCC awareness camp at Block Veterinary Office, here.
The camp was organised as part of the nationwide KCC Campaign and was organised in collaboration with Lead District Bank.
The Camp was chaired by Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Bandipora, Dr Gh Ahmad Lone while Chairman Municipal Council Bandipora Basharat Hussain was special invitee.
The Camp was also attended by BVO Bandipora, Nodal Officer, concerned Bank Managers, ward members and concerned Veterinary Assistant Surgeons.
Officials informed that 43 KCC Cases were sponsored on the spot.
On the occasion CAHO Bandipora encouraged the farmers to avail the benefits of the departmental schemes.
BVO Bandipora detailed the various departmental schemes presently in vogue with special emphasis on the KCC scheme.
Farmers were also introduced to the Holistic Agricultural Development Programme.
Chairman Municipal Council Bandipora Basharat Hussain expressed his satisfaction with the working of the Department.
