IMPARD to hold CBPs for Women Members of PRIs

SRINAGAR: The Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPARD) Srinagar is scheduled to conduct a series of Capacity Building Programmes (CBPs) for Women Members of Panchayat Raj Institutions of J&K

The programme will be conducted under ‘She is a Change Maker Project” of the National Commission for Women, Government of India, New Delhi.

The programme is being organized by Centre for Social Justice and J&K IMPARD, Main Campus, Srinagar from 4th to 7th, January, 2023 at IMPARD, Main Campus, M.A Road Srinagar.

The first three days Capacity Building Programme commencing from 4th January will be having women members of panchayat Raj Institutions of all districts of Kashmir Valley including District Development Council Members, Block Development Council Members and Village Panchayat Members.

The series is being fully sponsored by the National Commission for Women to foster Gender Responsive Governance in the system.
