Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was the best teacher that is why we all know that Teaching is called as a Prophetic profession. His moral character and manners were absolutely amazing. His Character was that of Quran (Sahih Muslim).

As a teacher, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) role was very important. He taught his companions in such a way that Arab peninsula changed over the span of just twenty three years.

The Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) reputation of kindness was always praiseworthy. He taught his companions with soft heart and was never strict and his companions loved him very much. His compassion was amazing.

Let me quote beautiful hadiths regarding gentleness.

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “Allah is Gentle and loves gentleness, and He rewards for gentleness what He does not reward for harshness or for anything else.” (Muslim 2593).

And Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “There is no gentleness in a thing but it adorns it, and it is not removed from something but it mars it.” (Muslim 2594)

As a teacher Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was very much truthful. He taught Sahaaba by heart. Due to his truthfulness and honesty he earned the title of Al Amin (The Honest). Even Non-Muslims trusted him a lot for his honesty.

As a teacher Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was very compassionate to all. He taught Sahaaba for their betterment to uplift them morally, ethically, religiously and make their both worlds better. The Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) main aim was to prepare his companions for hereafter in order to be the people of Jannah.

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) did not live a luxurious life but he lived a simple and humble life which he inculcated in his companions.

As a teacher Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) demonstrated patience (sabr) to all the companions. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) faced so many trails and hardships in his life but he was always steadfast to bear all patiently. This characteristic of sabr he inculcated in his companions.

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was very influential as a teacher as he always used Hikmah (wisdom) to encourage and motivate his companions.

I strongly recommend to the youth that take Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as your teacher in every aspect of life, Insha Allah success will kiss your forehead.
