DIPR hosts cultural program to celebrate Dogri Manyata Diwas
Jammu: A cultural program cum Mushaira was organised on Friday by the Cultural Unit of Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) to mark Dogri Manyata Diwas.
The event was held in collaboration with Dogri Sahitya Sabha Kuppad Pargalta at Kuppad Pargalta (Bajalta) Jammu.
Artists of the Cultural Wing of Information Department Jammu participated in the event and presented Dogri Folk songs .Poets of Dogri Sahitya Sabha also recited their poems in Dogri Language.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest Panch Jagdish Raj shared his views on Dogri Manyata Diwas.
He appreciated the Cultural Unit of Department of Information and Public Relations for organizing such a meaningful program
Among others, Subash Sumbria Sampadak members of sahitya sabha, locals,officials of Information Department and a large number of audience witnessed the program.
