Dist Admin Budgam retrieves around 39 Kanals of encroached land
BUDGAM: The district administration Budgam on Wednesday retrieved around 39 kanals and 11 marlas of encroached land during an anti-encroachment drive held across Block Sukhnag.
The anti-encroachment drive was led by Tehsildar Khansahab, Abid Gani Wani and included officials from several line departments and law enforcement agencies.
The anti-encroachment team retrieved land at two places in Zoogo and Kharien.
The retrieved land was handed over to Youth Service and Sports (YSS) Department and RDD Department for construction of playfields for the local youth.
