GHSS Newa gives warm send off to Principal

PULWAMA: A grand farewell function was organized at government higher secondary school Newa to give a warm send off to its Principal, Javid Ahmad Malik.
A large gathering of educationists, local citizens and students witnessed the farewell function organised on the superannuation of the Principal.
Director School Education Kashmir (DSEK), Tasaduq Hussain Mir and CEO Pulwama besides other dignitaries were also present in the function.
The speakers paid glorious tribute to the outgoing Principal while highlighting his contribution in the field of education.
The speakers said Malik was a capable administrator and popular social worker who worked hard during his long period of service to improve the educational scenario through his dedication.
The speakers said Malik played a proactive role in updating the facilities of the institution where he rendered his services.
Malik rendered his services at Girls and Boys HSS Pulwama with huge enrolment. He influenced people as chairman of local Auqaf committee effectively.
Javid Ahmad Malik played an important role in getting a women’s college in Pulwama which proved a landmark development for the female education.
