DRA Committee finalizes 3 rent cases in Bandipora
BANDIPORA: The District Rent Assessment (DRA) Committee Bandipora met on Thursday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Dr Owais Ahmad to finalize the Rent Assessment cases of buildings occupied by various departments.
The Committee discussed various cases in presence of land and building owners to fix the appropriate rent for the occupied accommodations in consonance with the approved rates of 2018 notification.
Three cases were approved and rent was accordingly finalized for the occupied accommodations. Rent cases pertaining to the Police Department were approved on spot.
The meeting was attended by Joint Director Planning Imtiyaz Ahmad, SE, R&B, officers of concerned departments and officials besides concerned house owners.
Addressing the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner asked the officers to pay rent to the concerned land and structure owners on time and ensure safety of the Government records as well as rented property.
