Chairman DDC Budgam holds public outreach programme
BUDGAM: Chairman District Development Council (DDC) Budgam Nazir Ahmad Khan on Wednesday conducted a public outreach programme at B K Pora and Chadoora blocks of the district.
Chairman DDC met various public and individual delegations of PRI members, civil society and traders at B K Pora and Chadoora blocks.
He also reviewed the functioning of various departments.
Block Medical Officer (BMO) Chattergam brought issues related to the upgradation of health infrastructure in the block.
AEE PHE Chadoora gave a detailed presentation over the ongoing JJM works in the area.
At Chadoora, Chairman DDC interacted with the PRI members in Town Hall Chadoora.
PRI members expressed their gratitude to the Chairman DDC for his visit to the area and brought urgent public issues into his notice. BDO Chadoora gave a presentation about the ongoing developmental works in the area.
Khan observed that the district administration was continuously working towards equitable development of all regions as per the aspirations of people of the district. He assured them of the redressal of genuine issues and demands on merit.
