I-Day 2022 celebrations held at DCCs across Kmr

SRINAGAR: The celebrations for 76th Independence Day were held on Monday across all the District Court Complexes (DCCs) of Kashmir Valley.
The respective Principal District and Session Judges (PD&SJ) hoisted the national flag and took salute at the march-past.
In Srinagar, the Independence Day was celebrated with all patriotic fervor and enthusiasm in the District Court Complex, Mominabad, here.
On the occasion, Jawad Ahmed, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar hoisted the national flag and took salute at the march-past.
The PD&SJ greeted the participants and the gathering and also distributed sweets among the police, CRPF and police band personnel who participated in the parade and also among the staff members present on the occasion.
All the judicial officers of district Srinagar, public prosecutors, Deputy Commandant CRPF, court staff members, staff members of various public utility services in the district court complex, police and CRPF personnel were present on the occasion.
Anantnag: The I-Day celebrations were also held at District Court Complex Anantnag, during which the Pr. Sessions Judge Anantnag hoisted the national flag and took salute at the march past.
Judges, Judicial officers, lawyers and advocates and functionaries of district court were present on the occasion.
Shopian: Celebrations were held at District Court Complex Shopian, where Principal District and Sessions Judge (Chairman DLSA) Shopian, Riyaz-Ul-Haq Mirza hoisted the national flag.
Among others, all judicial officers and staff members of the DCC were present on the occasion.
Kulgam: The Independence Day function was organized by District Court Complex Kulgam, where Principal District and Sessions Judge Kulgam, Tahir Khurshid Raina unfurled the Tricolour and took salute.
On the occasion, the Principal District and Sessions Judge extended his warm greetings to the people on this auspicious occasion. He highlighted the importance of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and impressed upon all the stakeholders to work judiciously for betterment of the system.
Kupwara: The Principal District and Sessions Judge Kupwara, Tasleem Arief hoisted the National Flag at District Court Complex Kupwara.
The Additional District and Sessions Judge (P.O) Fast Track Court Kupwara, Chief Judicial Magistrate Handwara, Sub-Judge Kupwara, Secretary DLSA Kupwara, Special Mobile Magistrate Trehgam, Munsiff Kupwara, Munsiff Handwara, Munsiff Sogam, Munsiff JMIC Tangdar attended the ceremony along with their staff.
