DC Kulgam takes stock of OPS, integration with RAS platform

Kulgam: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat Thursday convened a meeting of officers of line departments to review the delivery of public services through online mode as part of Rapid Assessment Services (RAS) system.
At the outset, the DC reviewed the status of different schemes being implemented in the district through online mode and their integration with the Rapid Assessment System (RAS).
He also took Department wise progress regarding Online Public Services (OPS) delivery and integration with the RAS platform.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that the Administration is endeavoring to provide maximum online services to people. He asked the officers to shift more departmental services to online mode to make the system more accessible, accountable and transparent.
Later, in a separate meeting the DC reviewed the progress and implementation of developmental deliverables aiming to ensure holistic and equitable development in the district.
The meeting discussed in detail the achievements under various deliverables till date.
During the meeting, the deliverables under the Social Welfare department, Health, Education Labour, ICDS, R&B, PDD, YS&S and target achievements of other departments were reviewed.
The DC directed all the departments to prioritize implementation of these developmental deliverables so that targets are achieved on time with tangible results on the ground.
He directed them to redouble their efforts to ensure cent percent saturation of all parameters given under the deliverables programme.
