Cattle charred to death in Poonch village
Srinagar, June 6: Two buffaloes and three goats were charred alive after a cowshed was gutted in a fire mishap at Salwah area of Poonch district on Monday.
Official sources said that fire suddenly broke out in the cowshed belonging to Mohammad Rameez Khan son of Mohammad Aslam Khan. Before the fire was contained, two buffaloes and three goats were charred to death in the fire, they said. A police officer told that the cause of the fire is being ascertained. (GNS)
