Tral: Three militants belonging to the Hizbul Mujahideen outfit are believed to be trapped in Gulshanpora village of Tral belt in Pulwama district.

Among the trapped militants one is believed to be Tawseef Ahmed wani son of Ghulam Mohidin Wani resident of Chersoo Awantipora.

Pertinently Tawseef joined HM militant group on 14 May, the same day he went missing from home. Tawseef is a postgraduate in mathematics besides having a BEd degree.

The other two militants who are believed to be trapped are Shakoor from Tral and Zubair from Chersoo, though it is officially yet to be confirmed.

Meanwhile, as per sources exchange of fire is going and clashes have also erupted near encounter site.

Two militants are believed to be killed in the operation so far.
