Clashes erupt at encounter site, internet snapped
Pulwama: Heavy clashes have been reported near the encounter site in Hanjin Payeen area of Rajpora village in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Reports said that as soon as the news of the encounter and the killing of two militants spread in the area youth rushed to the encounter spot and pelted stones on the forces.
The troops also resorted to tear gas shelling. Meanwhile, protests are going on in the area.
Meanwhile, in wake of encounter authorities have suspended Internet services in Pulwama district.
