School, residential house damaged
A school and a residential house were damaged in two separate incidents of fire, a police spokesman said Monday.
He said that fire broke out in Middle School Kalipora in Vilgam, Handwara, resulting in damage to the school. The fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders.
Meanwhile, fire broke out in the residential house of Sonam Targies resident of Mulbekh in the jurisdiction of Police Station Kargil, resulting in damage to the structure. The fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders.
